The opening session starts from 9.00 am on both days, you don’t want to miss it!

NOTE: Capacity in the Centre Stage hall will be limited throughout the event and places will be allocated on a first-come first-serve basis. Come early!

Cloakroom – The closest cloakroom is available on Level 2, across from the parking elevators in the Viger Hall

The venue has universal accessibility with all entrances equipped with access ramps and automatic doors, as well as complimentary Wheelchairs. Please complete an application form here if you require this. Reserved parking spaces for permit holders are available at the Viger parking lot, accessible by Rue Chenneville.

Please bring your e-ticket with you and remember that you may be asked for a form of photo identification.

To ensure that we can print your badge in a flash on the day, please make sure that you have fully completed your ticket registration; Open your ticket confirmation & click ‘view/edit ticket’ – ensure that all fields are complete i.e. full name, company, size, country & zip code etc.

If you ordered more than one ticket – please make sure that you have assigned each ticket to the email address of the person attending and ensure that they also complete the steps outlined above.

International Travel information

The Government of Canada requires that all people travelling to Canada hold a valid passport. The Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) is mandatory for visa-exempt foreign nationals who fly to Canada, except U.S Citizens and travellers with a valid visa. Find out more.
