The opening session starts at 9 am on both days
The venue has universal accessibility with all entrances equipped with access ramps and automatic doors, as well as complimentary Wheelchairs. Please complete an application form here if you require this. Reserved parking spaces for permit holders are available at the Viger parking lot, accessible by Rue Chenneville.

Badge Pick-up
Please bring your e-ticket with you to collect your badge and remember to bring a form of photo identification with you on the day.
❗Please make sure you complete your registration before the event i.e fill out all the fields required in your ticket order such as company type or country – If your registration is incomplete, it will delay your registration process on the day. If you have booked multiple tickets, make sure to assign your ticket(s) before the event i.e add a name and email address, or we won’t be able to print a badge for you or your colleagues❗

International Travel information
All International travellers are now eligible to enter Canada if you qualify as a fully vaccinated traveller, regardless of Citizenship. Click here to see if you qualify as a fully vaccinated traveller and a checklist of what you need to have ready at the border for entry to Canada. You must still use ArriveCAN within 72 hours of your arrival to Canada to enter your proof of vaccination, quarantine (if applicable) and travel information.
The Government of Canada requires that all people travelling to Canada hold a valid passport. The Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) is mandatory for visa-exempt foreign nationals who fly to Canada, except U.S Citizens and travellers with a valid visa. Find out more.
